Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 20, 2026

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how SQLSMS Inc. (“SQLSMS”, “we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our governed SMS intelligence platform. SQLSMS is built for enterprise data teams and is operated with a security-first posture.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account data: name, work email, phone number, organization, role.
  • Usage data: SMS questions sent, queries executed, timestamps, and audit logs.
  • Warehouse metadata: approved metrics, table schemas, and read-only credentials you configure.

3. Warehouse Access

SQLSMS executes only read-only SQL against your warehouse using credentials and policies you control. We do not copy warehouse data into our systems beyond what is required to render a single approved answer.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to operate the Service, fulfill SMS requests, maintain audit logs, prevent abuse, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information and we do not use customer data to train third-party AI models.

5. Sharing

We share information only with subprocessors required to run the Service (e.g. cloud hosting, SMS delivery, analytics) under appropriate contractual safeguards. A current list of subprocessors is available on request.

6. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, scoped IAM, least-privilege warehouse roles, and customer-specific tenancy boundaries. Access to production systems is restricted, logged, and reviewed.

7. Data Retention

Audit logs are retained for the duration of your subscription plus any period required by applicable law. Upon termination, customer data is deleted within 30 days unless a longer retention period is requested in writing.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information. Submit requests to the contact below and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.

9. International Transfers

If data is processed outside your region, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice.
